This study will test a community-based mHealth intervention designed to improve prostate cancer screening among Black men in Oklahoma. The intervention includes digital education, at-home PSA testing, screening navigation, and follow-up support to help men make informed screening decisions and complete guideline-concordant screening. Findings from this project will inform scalable, community-engaged strategies to reduce prostate cancer screening disparities.
