This study is a one-year administrative supplement for rapid acceleration of diagnostics-underserved populations (RADx-UP) phase I projects to address COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy and uptake. We are testing the dissemination of digital outreach and theory-driven message strategies to reduce misconceptions about vaccination, leverage behavioral economics to ‘nudge’ individuals, and improve systems-based approaches to reduce hesitancy and increase uptake.
